We are not the government, and we are not affiliated with any government agency. Some of our services are regulated by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC,) and we follow its rules and guidelines. (Hereinafter referred to as the “Company”)
You are advised to read and understand these Terms carefully as moving past the home page or using any of the services shall be taken to mean that you have read and agreed to all of the policies, which constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the website. - Docnik Immigration Services is not responsible for documents lost by Canada Post, courier companies, or any mail service or government office;
- Docnik Immigration Services is not responsible for applications that are rejected. Applications are rejected at the sole discretion of the applicable government authority;
- All fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the appropriate government agency;
- Purchase of a service that requires payment of a retainer also necessitates the signature of a retainer agreement dictating the terms of Docnik Immigration Services’ service; no service will be rendered until the executed retainer agreement is provided;
- Purchase of service indicates the commitment by you, the client, to pay all fees associated with said service;
- All services are subject to a minimum cancellation fee of $xx once the transaction has been processed;
- Payment in full is due before an application will be submitted to the government;
- Processing times listed on Docnik Immigration Services’s website are estimates based on recent historical trends and current information listed by various government agencies and are subject to change at any time without notice.

Client Responsibilities
When you retain Docnik Immigration Services to represent you with regard to any type of application, you undertake several responsibilities as a client. It is important to promptly provide us with all required information and documentation, including photocopies of identification documents, completed forms, original documents (as needed), and any other requested documents. Additionally, please inform us of any changes to your situation, such as address changes or prolonged absences from Canada. It is also imperative to promptly notify us of any correspondence received directly from the government. Lastly, it is crucial to be truthful and transparent about all information related to your application.
Membership
Registration on the Website is essential for availing the services provided therein. The user shall provide his/her name. Email address and phone number together with demographic particulars including postal code, and any other information required for providing the Services. Furthermore, their debit/credit card details in order to register with us and book an appointment via the website.
The Website allows users to sign up using Facebook and Google+ platforms. The user data collected by the Website is only from those platforms, and the data is provided by the user through their Facebook or Google+ profile. No other data will be collected or used by the Website apart from the information furnished during the sign-up process. Processing Time
The Processing time for visa and immigration quoted by the Website is not exact and is based on the time limit provided by the foreign consulates. Processing time is generally calculated from the next business day after the Company receives the required documentation.
Cancellation
If you cancel any fixed-price service, you will be charged a minimum cancelation fee of $xx. The cancelation fee may increase depending on how much work has already been done on the file. Once you submit a fixed-price application fee to the appropriate government agency, it cannot be refunded. If you do not submit the application within 6 months of payment, the application fee becomes non-refundable. Even if you cancel a service before paying the balance, you will still owe the remaining fees.
Consultations
To receive a consultation, a fee of $63 is required. This fee covers a consultation that lasts up to one hour, either in person or over the phone. If you purchase our service, consultations are included. In most cases, if you purchase a consultation and later decide to use our services, the consultation fee can be credited to your service fees.

Retainers
Retaining Docnik Immigrations Service LTD commits you to use Nikhil Narula RCIC R534905 as your representative for the service purchased and for communication with the Canadian government authority in relation to the service purchased. A signed retainer agreement must be provided to us prior to any work being completed on a file.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
This website is provided by Docnik Immigration LTD on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this website. You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk.

Docnik Immigration Services shall have no liability to any Study/Immigration applicant, or any other person relying on or benefiting from any visa application, for any commitment, cost or expenditure incurred in reliance on or anticipation of receiving any type of visa/service, whether within a particular timescale or at all, including but not limited to air travel, hotel, and other travel and accommodation arrangements, and any other arrangements made.
